Sing-along & Gentle Movement Group
(online) Mondays 2pm -2:40pm
A friendly informal small group for singing along to well known songs sometimes accompanied by guitar. It’s not about ‘perfect’ singing, just a chance to join together and have fun.
We will start with a little simple vocal warm up, with room for talking about the songs and requesting favourite songs. We also will do some simple movements to music.
Well-being Group
(online) Fridays 10:30-11:30am
Every Friday morning we relax together doing some simple mindfulness and relaxation techniques, gentle movement for health and a guided visual relaxation to a beautiful place. If you can't get out much at the moment, this group allows you to go on some wonderful adventures!
Hannah has many years of experience working creatively with people with dementia and other disabilities and is a dementia champion.
Groups are free because we don't want anyone to miss out for financial reasons, or difficulties paying online, but if you can donate, please do this through 'justgiving'
(see link on the home page).
